Aziz Kutalmış Yalçın is the Founder and CEO of Lupos Foreign Trade, a Turkey-based import consultancy specializing in China–Turkey trade operations. With over seven years of experience managing complex import projects, he focuses on ensuring that Turkish companies conduct their China sourcing activities in a controlled, compliant, and commercially secure manner.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, Aziz works directly with manufacturers in China, conducting on-site factory audits, supplier verification, production supervision, and quality control inspections. Cihat Can Aykan has been managing Lupos Foreign Trade’s China operations from Beijing for over 12 years. He works directly with manufacturers, overseeing factory inspections, certification verification, sample testing, and supplier consolidation processes for Turkey-bound import projects.

With extensive experience in face-to-face business negotiations with Chinese factory owners and production managers, Cihat has in-depth knowledge of Chinese business culture, commercial practices, and manufacturing standards. He plays a key role in evaluating production capacity, negotiating pricing, and managing contractual processes to reduce operational and financial risks for Turkish companies.

Fluent in both Chinese and Turkish, he handles technical documentation, compliance verification, and factory reporting. By closely monitoring regulatory changes in China, he ensures that all production and certification processes meet Turkish import compliance requirements.

Duygu Unay is responsible for the daily operational management of China–Turkey import processes at Lupos Foreign Trade. She coordinates logistics planning, customs procedures, and shipment scheduling to ensure that import operations are executed smoothly and on time.

Specializing in import documentation, commercial invoices, permits, and customs paperwork, Duygu works closely with Chinese suppliers, freight forwarders, and Turkish customs brokers. She monitors shipment timelines and ensures that all documentation complies with Turkish import regulations.

By guiding clients through import procedures, tax obligations, and logistics planning, she helps Turkish companies maintain transparency and operational efficiency throughout the sourcing process.

Cennet works closely with Lupos Foreign Trade’s China-based teams to manage supplier communication, order tracking, and quality control coordination. She ensures that China–Turkey import projects progress in line with Turkish regulatory and technical standards.

She monitors changes in Chinese export regulations, tariffs, and Turkish customs requirements to maintain operational compliance. Her responsibilities include sample evaluation, pre-shipment inspections, factory audits, and supplier performance monitoring.

Cennet negotiates pricing, resolves commercial disputes, and supports the development of long-term supplier relationships. She also assists Russian-speaking clients in Ankara with import procedures and Turkish business regulations.

A graduate of Ankara University’s Faculty of Political Sciences, Cennet combines regulatory knowledge with operational execution to support quality-focused, compliant import projects for Turkish companies.
