Aziz Kutalmış Yalçın is a foreign trade professional who founded Lupos Foreign Trade seven years ago with the mission of strengthening the commercial bridge between Turkey and China.

His fluency in both English and Chinese enables him to communicate directly with manufacturers in the Chinese market, conduct on-site factory inspections, and manage the entire supply chain end to end.

He frequently travels to China to work regularly with the company’s teams there; he personally manages critical operations such as supplier verification, quality control processes, price negotiations, and production monitoring.

On the Turkey side, he leads the planning of import processes, development of the customer portfolio, and formation of company strategy.

Cennet works closely with Lupos Foreign Trade’s team in China, managing supplier communication, order tracking, and quality control coordination, ensuring that the import process from China to Turkey runs smoothly. She also researches updates in China-to-Turkey import regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures to ensure compliant and efficient operations.

She builds long-term supplier relationships, negotiates prices, resolves disputes, and oversees sample evaluations, pre-shipment inspection reports, and factory audits.

Fluent in Russian and Turkish, Cennet also guides our Russian clients in Ankara regarding import processes, customs procedures, and doing business in Turkey.
