Product Sourcing and Import Management from China

1. Market Research and Product Sourcing:
The accuracy of supplier information on platforms like Alibaba is limited. We use a multi-step filtering process to identify the factories that offer the best price-quality balance for your product.
2. Factory Inspection and Sample Provision:
The selected manufacturers are visited by our China-based team for an on-site inspection. The production line, equipment, raw materials, and quality processes are examined. Customers can participate in the process via live connection if they wish. Sample delivery is arranged.
3. Cost Analysis, Customs, and Logistics Calculations:
Total costs, including customs duties, shipping expenses, and other elements, are calculated. If the price-quality balance does not meet your budget, it is revised.
4. Product Quality Control:
A three-stage QC system is applied: pre-production, during production, and before shipment.
5. Prior to Loading Final Inspection:
The products are verified to comply with the contract terms before loading approval is given.
6. Logistics and Customs Management:
The fastest and safest route is determined for air, sea, or land transport. All documents are prepared in accordance with regulations.
